Jad Khouri is a multimedia artist living in Carrboro, NC whose work spans poetry, short story, rap, and visual art. Through an intuitive practice, themes of grief, suffering, alienation, and hope pop up in his work as he makes sense of being Palestinian-American in the heart of empire. In sharing his art and his life, he hopes to inspire others to action and reflection.
